Long-time Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich forms new band ‘Ultraista’
Long-time Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich has formed a new band called Ultraista. Nigel Godrich has produced every Radiohead album starting with 1997′s OK Computer. He also worked with Thom on the forthcoming Atoms For Peace album.
Ultrasista consists on Nigel Godrich, Joey Waronker (who is also in Atoms For Peace), and Laura Bettison.
They’ve released one song titled ‘Smalltalk’, which already has a video as Pitchfork points out.

absolutely going bat shit crazy over this song…as i have mentioned to josh before…the song reminds me a tiny bit of the band “glass candy” and that is a very good thing. i have nothing but good feelings about this new project of Nigel’s and cant wait for the release.
