Radiohead live in Austin Setlist and Recap

 

Radiohead will be playing tonight at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, TX.  This will be the sixth show for their The King Of Limbs Tour.  Other Lives will once again be the opening act.  Radiohead will take the stage around 8:30-8:45pm CST.

The first five shows have had quite a few surprises.  So far we’ve heard two new songs Identikit and Cut A Hole. Skirting On The Surface was played by Radiohead for the first time (previously played live by Atoms For Peace back in 2009) in Dallas, and the live debut of the B-sides Meeting In The Aisle and The Amazing Sounds Of Orgy.

Radiohead tape performance for Austin City Limits tonight

Radiohead are recording a performance tonight for the Austin City Limits television program.

As previously reported Radiohead will be taping a performance for an upcoming episode of  Austin City Limits on the Tuesday March 6th at the Moody Theater in Austin, Texas.  The performance will be broadcast on PBS at a later date.

Radiohead Dallas Show Recap and Setlist

Radiohead played 5th show for their The King Of Limbs Tour at the American Airlines Arena in Dallas, Texas this evening.  Other Lives opened and went on the stage at 7:30pm.

Listen to Jonny Greenwood and Krzysztof Penderecki Album

Jonny Greenwood’s collaboration with Krzysztof Penderecki “48 Responses to Polymorphia” is now available to stream.  The album consists of two pieces by Penderecki , “Polymorphia” and “Threnody for the Victims of Hiroshima”, and two by Greenwood, “Popcorn Superhet Receiver”, and “48 Responses to Polymorphia”.

They recorded the album last September in Poland at the European Culture Congress.  The album will be released on March 13th.

Radiohead add tour dates in the U.S. East Coast and Canada

 

Radiohead have added more tour dates for their The King Of Limbs Tour.  The new dates begin May 29th in Mansfield, MA run through the band’s previously announced June 8th appearance at the Bonnaroo Music Festival in Manchester, TN and conclude June 16th in Toronto.

Tickets go on sale March 8th.
