If you purchased only the digital version of The King Of Limbs (from the official site) you can now upgrade to the Newspaper Album.  The following email was sent out today to those that only purchased the digital version.  It also appears as if there a limited supply of the 12” single of  Supercollider/ The Butcher.  Here is the email that was sent out:

As you’ve purchased the digital version of The King Of Limbs we thought you might like to know that you can now upgrade to the physical Newspaper version – yours for only £24.00 / €28.00 / $39.00.
If you’d like to purchase the Newspaper album please login to ORDER TRACKING and click the ‘PRE-ORDER’ button at the bottom of your current order details.

And if you haven’t done already you can download two new free tracks Supercollider and The Butcher.

P.S. there will be a limited supply of Supercollider/The Butcher 12″ vinyl available from W.A.S.T.E. in the foreseeable future.

There was also more speculation added yesterday when the band announced that Supercollider and The Butcher could be downloaded for free on the official The King Of Limbs website if you ordered the album before the 18th of April.  Could there be more songs available to download from the site in the future?

The band also mentioned “Hope your Spring/ Autumn is good” in the email that sent out notifying fans that the songs were available there.  Now, of course it is Spring in the Northern Hemisphere and Autumn in the Southern Hemisphere, though there has been speculation about there being music released for each Season.  Read more about that here. Yesterday was also exactly 60 days from when The King Of Limbs was originally available for download. They were both released on the 18th day of the month, and both were on a Full Moon.  Could this just be a coincidence?  If you remember most people gave up on this idea after Chieftan Mews said “Moon Theory HA!” in his Q & A, though his Twitter bio does read “Compulsive Liar”…

FYI… ‘The Butcher’ was recorded and mixed during ‘The King of Limbs’ sessions, but we couldn’t make it work on the album; ‘Supercollider’ was started during those sessions and finished off in March of this year.

Notice this download became available exactly 2 months after The King Of Limbs was available for download.  They were both available of the 18th and on a Full Moon…..
