Unreleased Radiohead song from The Bends era leaked?

It appears an unreleased Radiohead track from the mid to early 90’s has surfaced. Apparently the track is titled “Putting Ketchup in the Fridge” and was supposedly leaked on /mu/ by a former EMI (Radiohead’s former record label) employee.
