Jack White confirms Radiohead recorded new material at Third Man Records
Jack White has now confirmed that Radiohead recorded new material at his Third Man Records Studio in Nashville, TN.
Speaking to BBC 6 Music he revealed that Radiohead had been working in the Third Man Records Studio, but said he wasn’t involved in the recording sessions. “I don’t know how much to tell about it except I didn’t play with them or produce.” and “But they came in and recorded at Third Man. I don’t know what else to be said about that, so that’s all I can probably say.”
During Radiohead’s performance last month at Bonnaroo Thom Yorke said “This ones for Jack White, we saw him yesterday. A big thank you to him, were not going to tell you why, but you’ll find out.”
So far on this tour Radiohead have debuted 4 new songs: Identikit, Cut A Hole, Skirting On The Surface, and Full Stop. Could they have recorded one or more of these songs?

In a statement given to NME Radiohead’s Thom Yorke said:
‘That’s why I’m backing this campaign, and why I have signed the Arctic Scroll. I’ll know whenever I look north that my name is planted at the bottom of the ocean at the top of the world as a permanent statement of our joint commitment to save the Arctic.’
