Radiohead’s Jonny Greenwood was recently interview with Krzysztof Penderecki on BBC Radio 4 for their recent collaboration with Krzysztof Penderecki ‘Threnody For The Victims Of Hiroshima/Popcorn Superhet Receiver/Polymorphia/48 Responses To Polymorphia’ which debuted (in the charts) last week.

During the interview they discuss their recent collaboration, their influences on classical music, and a possible collaboration in the future.

When asked about Radiohead’s future plans Jonny said, “Radiohead will tour through November and there are no plans after that”.  Jonny also talks about how the strings sections in “How to Disappear Completely” and “Climbing Up The Walls” were directly inspired by Penderecki’s work.
