Phil Selway on the Radio in New York City
Radiohead’s Phil Selway will appear this week on the radio in New York City where he will perform songs from his solo album Familial.
Philip will be the guest on Soundcheck from NPR member station WNYC tomorrow afternoon, talking with host John Schaefer and performing songs from Familial and the new EP. Tune in on 93.9 FM in New York City or online around the world at wnyc.org. The show airs live Friday at 2 PM ET and again at 10 PM ET.

R.I.P. R.E.M. Band call it a day after more than 30 years
I know this isn’t Radiohead news, though after being a band for more than 30 years, R.E.M. “have decided to call it a day”. R.E.M. were a big influence to Radiohead and they have played together several times.
